Anti-corrosion steel pipe Description

Anti-corrosion steel pipe is a steel pipe treated with a special anti-corrosion process, which can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion caused by chemical or electrochemical reactions during transportation and use.

Classification of anti-corrosion steel pipes

1: 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes adopt three-layer structural polyethylene (3PE) coating technology, including epoxy powder bottom layer, adhesive middle layer and polyethylene outer layer, with good anti-corrosion performance, wear resistance and impact resistance.

2: 2PE anti-corrosion steel pipes use two layers of polyethylene coating, combined with adhesive and polyethylene materials to form a solid anti-corrosion layer.

3: Single PE anti-corrosion steel pipe only uses polyethylene coating, combined with heated steel pipe to form an anti-corrosion coating.

4: Epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion steel pipe uses epoxy coal tar as coating material, which has good adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

5: IN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe uses polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin as anti-corrosion coating, which is suitable for equipment connection and water pipelines in food, drinking water and other industries.

Ordinary anti-corrosion steel pipe adopts AWWA C213-2007 carbon ink paint anti-corrosion standard, which is applicable to DN 50-1200mm anti-corrosion steel pipe.

Ordinary anti-corrosion steel pipe adopts JWWA K 116-2004 plastic coated steel pipe anti-corrosion standard, which is applicable to DN 10-250mm anti-corrosion steel pipe.

Ordinary anti-corrosion steel pipes adopt the GB/T23257-2009 coated steel pipe and plastic-lined steel pipe anti-corrosion standards, which are applicable to DN 15-1400mm anti-corrosion steel pipes.
